""I just don't think we'd let it happen," said the senior aide."

I think I just accepted my first conspiracy theory. Who are "we" again?

RON PAUL IS A RACIST POS. And so is ANYONE who supports him at this point. Seriously, in light of the BILE that has come out in his newsletters, supporting him is reminiscent of those who said that Mussolini made the trains run on time!

Take a close look at any of the Pub candidate's views or background and you will find them all lacking. That's the reason for the circus. One pops up, everybody is wow, and then they listen to what they say, and then everybody is...what is that person advocating????

Gov. Mitch Daniels must be kicking himself every day.

"Neither is for America - but for their own power even if it means the destruction of America. The truth is -the system is flawed beyond repair."

True words, indeed. The entire political class and the 24/7 news entertainment industry makes it's living through taxpayer dollars.

No one is going to upset this gravy train.

Young people areen't all bad. Even the worst of us can serve as a bad example.

'One senior Capitol Hill aide even suggested that leaders would work to defeat Paul if he starts to do well after New Hampshire.'

Aw come on -the (GOP) leaders have been destroying every candidate that threarens their RINO de jour Oromney.

I very much dislike Paul, but nothing is more needed than the brakeup of the power of the two ruling parties who are but one same coin -each claiming one side for election purposes.

Neither is for America - but for their own power even if it means the destruction of America. The truth is -the system is flawed beyond repair. The citizenry have been so corrupted and divided (by the left) that reuniting them behind what is good for all, would make putting Humnpty Dumpty together again a far easier job.

Fish may rot from the head down but democracy rots from the greedy, envious, morrally corrupt Godless masses.

It all boils down to what kind of spoiler will he be. He can be either more like a Ross Perot kind of spoiler (worse for the right) or like Ralph Nader kind of spoiler (worse for the left).

"The party would completely implode. Beyond anything you can imagine. I just don't think we'd let it happen," said the senior aide.

What's this "we'd let it happen" crap? You arrogant DC morons DESERVE to get imploded, thinking you can lead the voters by the nose or ignore them if "your" candidate can't win on his own.

TC_LeatherPenguin of NY 4:54PM December 30, 2011

Paul being elected President is as likely as the US government reducing its debt.

Crash and BURRRNNNN!

Jose of MI 4:35PM December 30, 2011

NeoCons worried about Ron Paul's ideas gaining traction. Nothing can expose their true loyalties better. Traitors.
