I BOYCOTT flying all together due to the TSA and I used to fly 20-30 times a year! I will NOT be pumped full of radiation so some fat fingered creep can sit in backroom with a permanent erection peeking at my naked azz. I will also NOT let some overweight McDonalds breathing TSA goon bark orders at me to spread my legs so they can "touch my sensitive areas". I will not tolerate some sticky fingered low paid TSA goon to rummage through my bags (like they are at a garage sale) and end up finding stuff "missing". I mean for Gods sake TSA has job wanted ads on PIZZA boxes to get what ever low-life thug they can! What these people that work for the TSA couldn't even qualify to for a 1-900 phone sex chat job? You see what quality screeners the TSA looks for. A dog catcher gets more respect! If any of you didn't know...TSA goons that work near the backscatter machines are NOT allowed to wear dosimeters! I slipped onto a AFGE (TSA union) site and found a TSA screener from DFW that said she has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer (she also talked about other screeners that are going thru the same thing rgiht now and others that have already died).....M.D. said it was due to radiation exposure. When I left a comment to her about the possibilty of "sneaking" dosimeters in under their uniforms......my comment quickly vanished. DHS and TSA don't want to get busted in their lies with actual PROOF! Hmmmm....maybe TSA/DHS wants to slowly get rid of the low life they hire? When Class Action finally hits (because of backscatter machines) the manufacturer has already made their fortune and invested to make more money. You think any Class Action is gonna even be a fraction of the wealth they have collected?

It's not just the crowds and security, it's the airlines themselves and their total lack of customer sevice. I absolutely refuse to spend my hard earned money on an airline ticket only to be treated like garbage. I either take Amtrak, drive, or cruise to my destination. I would be flying this Christmas if it weren't for the lousy experience. I know I'm not alone. Maybe these complaints won't fall on deaf ears in the airline industry as I'm sure they're losing millions of dollars in revenue due to people like me.

Until TSA gets its processes to a Constitutionally compliant state I won't be flying anywhere. They are ineffective and invasive to a disgusting degree in both areas.

getting a good laugh at the RINO/Neocon folks blaming Obama for this situation. It was W who created the TSA, and W who expanded the gov't into every facet of your life. Wake up, people!

I wish I could beat every TSA terrorist I see on this trip.

I am also a retired airline Captain. During my deliberately short PA announcements, I never suggested that anyone "sit back, relax, and enjoy the flight" because in my experience, that is no longer possible in today's airline environment.

Katherine of NY... I couldn't agree more regarding the manhandling. And I hadn't even thought about what, IMO, really amounts to a re-victimization of sexual abuse survivors.

Every one of these extreme TSA situations I read about feels like a point for terrorism.

The Airlines are shooting themselves in the head by not boycotting the TSA

Machismo of MN 2:36PM December 20, 2011

The wonderful TSA has kept me off of airplanes for about 3 years now. Of course I want airline travel to be safe but these guys are nuts! Good job crushing yet another industry. And things will continue their downward spiral until the governments gestapo tactics cease.
