Interior Reverses Course: No Shooting Restrictions

As a shooter, trail user and former open space park planner here in Colorado, in Salazar's district I might add, this is ridiculous. We went to Salazar and our local elected officials for help. And this is what we got.

The shooting off the side of the roads in the forest has gotten out of control. People are shooting across trails where other people are hiking, bike riding, motorcycling and camping with no regard for their safety.

It's not that we don't like guns. It's that people are stupid nowadays and don't have enough common sense or respect for other people.

It's only a matter of time before someone get's shot. I only pray it isn't one of your children who was just out for a hike.

We don't hate guns. We're just tired of stupid people with guns.

Score one for liberty! Enough is enough of those yahoos in DC continually trying to dictate to us in the West how to manage our lands.

I agree with the city slicker comment.

Congratulations gun owners. Keep up the pressure by joining organizations like the NRA, GOA, JPFO and several state level organizations like the Arizona Citizens Defense League www.azcdl.org

City folk watch too much T.V. and don't have a clue about what the real world is.

Not like we'd follow the illegal restrictions anyway.
