I sincerely beieve that a lot of those immigrants who have a criminal record were young and stupid or jut made a wrong choice. Why not give them a second chance because most have formed there lifes here in the us and have their own families! Otherwise a lot of people will be hitting up the states cash and medical assistance! And who are the ones that suffer the most are the children! I know I would take full responsibility for my husband hands down and I am a U.S citizen ! Maybe set up a chaperone type of second chance program for those illega immigrants worthy! Because this imigration problem is only getting bigger and costing money that should be used else where!

From my personal experience, the only ones that don't know how easy it is to file a false VAWA are the American populace.  Which is exactly why so many of us end up having our lives destroyed by immigrants pulling this on us. Once the foreign nationalist files an I360 they are protected.  The person that they claim abused them, can not submit any evidence in their defense.  In my case it was court documents, where he admitted under oath that it was a sham and Eduardo's true intrusion was for me to make a baby for his partner in NY to raise, an ADA in the Bronx Who master minded the scheme.  The day after giving birth, Eduardo told me that "I had messed everything up because I was suppose to be their surrogate.

If they are here illegally, then she has not carried and enforced the law. She is putting herself above the law by deciding who she will deport and who she won't.

Just like Obama, she puts herslf above the law.

One of many reasons to put both on the unemployed list come Novmeber 2012!

If they are still here, then "enough" has not been done.

You mad bro?

Janet and Obama, when you've implemented mandatory E-verify to check all employees, current and future, stepped up deportations for all people illegally in the country, and the number of people illegally working drops from 8 million (now) to a tiny fraction of that, then you can say you've done your job.

Interior and border enforcement to END illegal immigration was promised in return for the 1986 ONE-TIME-ONLY legalization program. There are no deals to be had now, just enforcement. There is no logical reason under the sun why enforcement alone won't work. The American people are tired of politicians who represent foreign nationals and businesses instead of us. Do your job or get out of office.

Illegal entry is a crime. EVERY illegal alien is a criminal, and so is Big Sis for that matter. Fortunately for her, we're in post-legal American where checks-and-balances have been replaced with one-hand-washes-the-other.

Pew Hispanic Center estimates that over 7 million illegal aliens are stealing paychecks from unemployed American workers and their families. These job thieves are committing one or more felonies to get these jobs. Any felony is a serious crime. Lying on I-9 forms, using stolen and/or fraudulent SS numbers, using stolen and/or fraudulent IDs are all felonies, as is evading taxes for those being paid under the table. To those millions add the million rapes and child molestations by illegal aliens estimated by a world famous criminal profiler. Top it off with the whole gamut of actual felon convictions found in a 2008 report put out by Maricopa County Attorney Thomas. In 2007, 9% of the population of Maricopa county was illegal aliens. For that year, Thomas found that over 18% of ALL felony convictions were due to illegal aliens. The breakdown:

• 12.8 percent of aggravated-assault convictions.

• 33.5 percent of drug convictions.

• 35.8 percent of kidnappings.

• 13 percent of robberies.

• 20.3 percent of felony DUIs.

• 20.7 percent of crimes with weapons.

• 10.6 percent of murders and manslaughters.

• 96 percent of smuggling cases.

• 44.4 percent of forgeries and frauds.

• 85.3 percent of false-ID convictions.

How about the "BASEBALL MOM" (my wife) with 4 kids of her own plus my 12 year old whom he calls "mom". She came here on a dependents visa @ age 15, while her mother went to school on a student visa. She graduated H.S. in Minnesota in 98', then decided to stay here with her father, who had gained citizenship, instead of going back to Tanzania. She married @ 24 to a very abusive american, and got divorced 3 mo. before she became "legal", but he was so abusive she didn't care. She sold mortgages for Wells Fargo for 6 yrs. then was a loan manager for 2 yrs. at the same company. In 06' she missed a immigration hearing while pregnant, and was automatically ordered for removal. After her ex found out where she was living he called ICE and they picked her up. 15 mo's. of hell ensued fighting her deportation. That ended on 7-13 of this year, when she finally got sent home (then moved to Uganda where her mother now resides as a pastor). Now I have to fight my son's deadbeat mom in California to be able to move our family to Uganda. Which we will be doing. So not only did ICE deport the "BASEBALL MOM", they are deporting this whole American family! There are many different situations that should be handled differently... This is one of them. The new guidlines just came out too late for us, but it's about time!
