Wow, these folks have never been to Warren VT on July 4, that's for sure!

But it would be 5% of the 2 and 5, and therefore, valid.

The study assumes that everyone in the randomly selected counties from 1920 to 1990 stayed in the same county in which they were born for his/her whole life. They offer no proof or explanation for this assumption. I think that is a wrong assumption. I think it is the kind of assumption that should have been challenged immediately. If this was pre-reviewed, I did not see the citations. THey also assume that every county, every year, held a 4th of July celebration. They don't prove this.

There are other historical facts that are not addressed. For example:

Where African-Americans allowed to attend 4th of July celebrations in the South prior to the mid-sixties? If not, rain or no rain, how would this impact the studies.

What about the Dust Bowl years in the 30s?

Could counties afford to hold 4th of July celebrations during the Depression?

What about the "solid south" that was "solidly democratic" during from 1920 to the late 1960s? Since, cohorts born 1970 and after do not show the same effect as those born earlier, what does this mean in terms of the changing political nature of the South?

Democrats just want entitlements to break the budget - Social Secutity by FDR, spending more than income and the Trust Fund was "borrowed" by Congress.

Medicare - going broke fast

Medicaid - broke

Obamacare - starts out broke and grows the USA.

Now, what did the democrats get right????

....that the results of this study could have a 5% margin of error? In which case 2% and 4% could really mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Not surprising if that's the case. Democrats are typically weak in math and science.

Do you know what this says to all of the Democrats out there? It means if you are a Liberal Democrat and you have young kids, then DON'T EXPOSE YOUR KIDS TO A 4TH OF JULY PARADE. THEY MIGHT TURN INTO A REPUBLICAN!

i meant to say "is Absurd" you should know where to insert.

Look at the names of the gentlemen who headed up this study, lets collectively research these two individuals back ground, my hunch is that they are both socialist agenda minded and really care nothing about the United States or it's people. The fourth of July is a celebration of independence for all AMERICANS. the belief that it is an republican prapoganda indoctranation of children, maybe the democrats should pay attention and start watching what is really happening.

Mientras aprecio sus vistas en Chavez, este no es el lugar para la política. Pocos verán este poste y menos serán capaces de leerlo.

I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83 being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff, BidsGet.çom
