Pollster John Zogby updates our weekly Obama Report Card with a grade on the president's performance. Zogby uses his polling, expert analysis and interaction with major players to come up with a grade and some comments that capture how he sees the president's week ending.

John Zogby on Week: 126

"It isn't yet officially summer, but the lack of activity from the White House makes it feel that way. Except for a trip to Puerto Rico to drum up Hispanic support in the states, Barack Obama was publicly bystander-in-chief. Joe Biden is working behind closed doors in a high risk talks with congressional leaders about reaching agreement on a debt ceiling deal. Both Medicare and tax increases appear off the table, but Medicaid may not be safe from cuts, which would raise howls from the Democratic base. Since failure to reach an agreement is not an option for the White House, concessions made by Obama are likely to leave the left unhappy. Most see the Weiner imbroglio as all bad for the Dems, but at least it shifted attention from last month's dismal jobs report until he resigned from Congress Thursday."

This week's grade: C-

Last week's: D

How did he go from a D to a C-? He has done nothing positive or worth while to move up. All the man does is impose more regs on business thru the EPA and Dodd Frank. Now he wants to appoint more czars to circumvent congress. We the American people have had enough of his gangsater tactics in OUR COUNTRY.
