'"So if you look on balance at the entire record, their record is anti-women, their record is a war on women and it's a priority for them," said Wasserman Shultz

I don't like it when anyone of either party states things in this way. Shultz creates as many enemies as friends with statements like that.

Hey Debbie, how bout the dumbocrat's war on Black Americans? Why is that 50% of our prisons are filled with blacks, yet black males only make up 6% of the population? 70% of black babies are born to single parents, and 80% of those kids are raised by a single parent/caregiver. 37% of abortions are done on females of color, yet black females only make up 7% of the population! The #1 cause of death for black kids in America is abortion.

The Dumps took the father out of the family, and replaced him with gubmint, over 50 years ago. Racist, klan-loving Dems introduced the "great society" that made blacks angry, dependent, ignorant and helpless. Back in the 1950's, 70% of Black couples with kids were married. Sure can't say the same now!Why are there so many planned parenthood abortion mills in minority neighborhoods? Why did Margaret Sanger make it her life's work to rid the country of "undesirables" (as she put it)...including blacks and the mentally impaired? Hitler was a big fan of Sanger, of eugenics, and of a "pure" race.

Your "party" does nothing for blacks, other than keeping them down, living off scraps, in ghettos, gang-banging, not finishing school, not being responsible for their women and children. Why do your type push ebonics and other nonsense on blacks? Could it be that when this happens, the higher-paying jobs are more available to you and your friends, families, fellow politicos?

We're on to you, Debbie! STFU amd go kill some more babies, you sick person! Totally despise you! Thanks for nothing.

Liberal Chick,

Let's do this the easy way:

Federal Funds provided to Planned Parenthood are made entirely out of money.

Money is fungible -- it can be used to purchase anything money can buy.

The origin of a given dollar, once commingled with others, is untraceable.

Planned Parenthood provides abortions.

Medical facilities must be procured to provide said abortions.

Medical facilities are constructed using money.

Medical facilities are not abortions.

But medical facilities are necessary for abortions.

Planned Parenthood pays for facilities using Federal money.

Moneys used to fund medical facilities in which abortions are performed have been used to fund all abortions in said facility.

Planned Parenthood refuses to segregate facilities used for abortions from facilities used to provide other services.

Therefore, Planned Parenthood is indeed using commingled Federal funds to provide abortions.

It's just not using said money directly.

Planned Parenthood procures

Saharis1~ I can't think of anything easier than making such an idiotic statement without actually doing the research first. At Planned Parenthood NO federal funds are EVER used for abortions. Those are funded by private donors. Not a dime of your tax dollars has ever funded an abortion at Planned Parenthood.

What you are saying is literally true. It is inaccurate, however, because the funds are fungible. That means that when taxpayer dollars go to that organization, they allow other funds to go to abortion that otherwise would not be available for that purpose. Please do not attempt to pretend otherwise.

@ Vance of IL (May 27, 2011 14:23:47 PM):

Let us look at your assertion and implication. The assertion is the three women you named are not representative of intelligent American women. The implication is the three are less intelligent than is representative of intelligent American women. I deny the assertion and present evidence that discredits the implication.

Ann Coulter co-founded The Cornell Review. She graduated cum laude from Cornell with a bachelor's degree in history. She then graduated from the University of Michigan Law School with a law degree. While there, she was an editor of The Michigan Law Review. She practiced both corporate and public interest law as an attorney.

She clerked for the Honorable Pasco Bowman II of the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Coulter earned recognition as an attorney in the Department of Justice Honors Program for outstanding law school graduates. She became an assistant to U. S. Senator Spencer Abraham on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

She has authored 7 New York Times bestsellers. She has made many TV, radio and other media appearances. She writes a weekly newspaper column as well. Coulter is also a very successful lecturer.

Congressperson Michele Bachmann, like Coulter, has a law degree. She also earned an advanced (LL. M.) degree in Taxation. She practiced as a tax attorney for years. Bachmann is the first Republican woman ever elected to the U.S. House of Representatives from Minnesota. She has raised 5 children of her own, and she and her husband have cared for 23 foster children in their home. She also founded the House Tea Party Caucus.

Governor Sarah Palin was the youngest person and very first woman elected Governor of Alaska. She defeated the incumbent of her own party, the 'Good Old Boy' network, and a former Democrat incumbent. In the 2008 election, she was the Republican Party nominee for Vice President, becoming the first Alaskan on the national ticket of a major party and the first Republican woman nominated for national office.

Palin is a business owner and a mother. She was elected to the Wasilla City Council, and twice as Mayor of that city. She was elected President of the Alaska Conference of Mayors. She served as the Chairperson of the powerful Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission.

She has a 2 million-plus best seller to her credit and her own TV reality program. She is also a political commentator and a successful lecturer. She, like Bachmann, is a potential 2012 Presidential candidate.

Finally, "Vance of IL," your comment is not Standard English. You might want to remedy that before criticizing others' intelligence. How are you qualified to critique these clearly intelligent, accomplished and successful women, on any basis? (One wonders at this dark, virulent, even evil, strain of political misogyny abroad in the land among exponents of the Left.)

Colonel Klink of TX 3:44PM May 27, 2011

"Fifty-four percent of Americans don’t want to be coerced into contributing to an organization they don’t believe in just by paying their taxes—nor should they be.”

Really? So why am I being coerced into paying for three hideously expensive wars that I don't believe in, to say nothing of Medicare coverage for Viagra and yearly salary increases for Congresspersons, just by paying MY taxes? Why don't I get to "opt out" of those? I would much rather pay for Planned Parenthood, which provides much-needed medical services for women, men, and even teenagers who would otherwise go without, than the many, many wars that have cost so much in money and lives.

Why is it only things that affect women's health that get thrown under the "conscience" bus, and conservative Christian Republicans who think they - and only they - should be able to opt out of things that make them squirm?
