When the budget battles started heating up, so did the pressure from the various Tea Party factions, none louder than the Tea Party Express. Its leader, Amy Kremer, came to town to urge Congress to stick to the promise to cut spending. And in interviews she laid out other goals of her growing group. Below are the organization's top five goals for the next election:

1 - Replace moderate Republican senators such as Maine's Olympia Snowe and Indiana's Dick Lugar.

2 - Dump Democrats to win control of the Senate. Targeted are Nebraska's Sen. Ben Nelson and Michigan Sen. Debbie Stabenow.

3 - Oust President Obama. She feels that the opponent should come from the Republican Party, not a third party which she fears will steal votes from the GOP.

4 - Keep pressure on House Republicans to cut, cut, cut and reach their promise of $100 billion this year.

5 - Push Republicans right. She likes how Utah Sen. Orrin Hatch has become more outspoken on conservative issues and considers him a good model.

the argument that never seems to be made is that in certain sectors immigrant labor is absolutely necessary.I understand that this is the land of opportunity and I would be desperately trying to get into this country also. That being said control and documentation is paramount to stave off the coming economic disaster that our children face when competing for employment.I propose the following, mandatory identification cards for all immigrants, these cards will be used to swipe access machines on payday.Information stored on the cards would help track numbers, population densities, employment trends.the machines would be required to legally use immigrant labor, paid for by the employer. The penalty for using illegal labor would be seizure of all company assets, including homes that hire illegal nannies. All legal immigrants would be required to pay a 20% guest workers fee.to be used for educating their children and mandatory health care.Any surplus to be used for social security. No benefits to immigrants that are unearned,no emergency welfare, social security benefits or unemployment benefits.Congress and state government can decide what businesses to exclude from immigrants(automotive, construction, etc)If the penalties were severe enough,i believe that businesses would be forced to use legal labor instead of exploiting immigrants. If they cant find work, they will stop coming.Jobs and benefits for americans and fair pay and treatment of all parties.this is a logical way to reform immigration.any better ideas out there?

Darvin, I agree with you to a point, How ever all can not be addressed at one time---with removale of some and the placement of others,. immigration and jobs will be handled by those in office. I know jobs will not come back to this country with people like Stabenow, she is from Mi and so am I, and she believes in amnesty accross the board---I do not disagree the T P is having trouble staying on a unified track---remember 10 yrs ago, ther was not a T P--we are new in relationship to REP and DEMS---But I do believe we will be a major force in the next 10---Please help to take back our country---Jerry Bolock
