Obama judges are cowards and a disgrace to the law of rule. Congress is a disgrace if they don't investagate Obama.

There's a difference between the words "Inforce" and "Defend". Our President will not be "Defending" an unjust law agaist challenge in courrt. A law which has already been decided is unconstatutional. Our President is not an officer and the word "Inforce" simply does not apply. He is choosing to not put millions of our dollars into a lost and unjust cause. DOMA is already shatered, all that's left is to sweep it up and toss it.
As for Newt: Let us not give ear to a man who has proven himself disloyal to those whom he was considered most close to, his wives. One: cheated on while dieing of cancer. Two: The previous cheetee, got the same, short of death. Three: Ten year affair comes to light. Lets not forget the string of who knows who while "On the road". This man will die alone because that is how he treats people.
Anita: Jackson was govenor when he ignored the court decision (upholding their legal treaty) that the Cherokee would not have to relocate. By the time fedrel support was put into action the CRIME was done. (Note: the black hills are still in disput in court by the Lakota because the land was NEVER ceded to the US in ANY treaty, just taken). Can we afford that kind of court battle here?
This law was not a congressional amentment and is subject to challenge. The choice not to defend it is a just one, as well as prudent financialy. I see this as an attempt to do what is just for those wronged, without causeing suffering to the people as a whole.
With the US about to loose it's place as the foundation of the worlds economy, issues of equality, who gets benifits and can file joint taxes, and who can call a marriage a mariage, are like children in the sand box. Once the sand starts flying, eveyone is blinded. Pay attention to what truly maters to you: your job, your benifits or pension, school funding, taxes, immagration, US ecology, and your family. If the couple next door are of one gender and use the word marriage, these things are not going to be effected for you. Put your minds toward what you need. If you don't, you'll be left wanting in very dramatic ways.
Lets face it, most people have no idea how to grow their own food. YOU and YOURS could very well go hungry very soon.

First, how do you encourage the DOJ to not enforce law that's not even a federal decision? It's smoke and mirrors for gay and lesbian votes. That's all! How stupid!
Same with his sudden interest in becoming an expert war monger... and now a self-proclaimed American freedom fighter. Last I remember, he was going around the world apolgogizing for America. Now he's a freedom fighter?
How is it humanitarian to support rebels who aren't humanitarian? Drrrr! They're killing innocent civilians just like their dictator. We have no interest in Libya. Obama is campaigning for 2012. That's all! If Qhadafi is ousted then, I'm sure, our king will take the credit and will be hailed by the leftist, statist, globalist media and democraps as a hero deserving of 4 more years so they can ruin our economy and our country even more.

It's my understanding that DOMA, allows that states not be bound to enforce the laws of another state... in this case, marriage laws. For example, states may decide what the legal age of consent is for minors to engage in sexual activity in their individual state. And the age varies from state to state. Just because someone is a citizen of one state whose laws may be more lenient, doesn't mean he or she gets to travel the country having sex with minors based on their home states' laws.
The same holds true for gun laws. I wonder how the citizens of Mass. would like being forced to accept the gun laws of Oklahoma? BTW, in Oklahoma, you can own a machine gun, a silencer, and a switchblade.
DOMA, was designed to allow states the individual right to decide their position on the gay marriage matter.
Obama is in openly defying the rights of the individual states to exercise their freedoms, by not enforcing a law that is designed to protect them.
Supporters of Obama will think this is all well and good, but beware of what you wish for. He won't be president for ever, nor will someone who holds your views. And when the opposing party is in power, will you still support such actions to NOT DEFEND the law as it is written?
Would you support a President who instructs the DOJ to NOT ENFORCE perhaps, the ADA? Cicil Rights Legislation? Roe v Wade?
You see, it's not so wonderful when the shoe is on the other foot. That is why we have 3 branches of government, and more than one political party. So that EVERYONE can be represented. Without this, all that is left is tyranny and anarchy.

A federal district court in Massachusetts ruled the Defense of Marriage Act of 1996 as unconstitutional in July 2010.
The state had argued the law denied benefits such as Medicaid to gay married couples in Massachusetts, where same-sex unions have been legal since 2004.
Judge Joseph L. Tauro agreed that DOMA forces the state to discriminate against its own citizens and ruled that the federal Defense of Marriage law violates the Constitutional right of married same-sex couples to equal protection under the Fifth Amendment.
He also struck down DOMA on Tenth Amendment grounds, stating that marriage is the province of the states, not the federal government. This is a bit of a "pie-in-your-eye" to conservatives: the Tenth Amendment is basically an anti-federalism "states' rights" amendment. Judge Tauro basically took it and said "States' rights? You got it. States get to decide who gets 'married'; not the federal government."

Gingrinch is a twice divorced, family values guy who was bounced from Congress for ethics violation. Now he trys to mislead you by mistating the Presidents position. The President will enforce DOMA, but won't defend its constitutionality. President Obama is NOT the first President to do this. Only a dim-wit (for example, a birther) wold buy into this sham.
