You think that anyone in Washington D.C. cares a flip about you or your money? It does not matter whether they are "RED" or "BLUE" they all have the same agenda. Help themselves to what is ours.

Time to throw all of those blood sucking leaches out like the Egyptians and start over. As it clearly states in the Declaration of Independence:

"Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, TO THROW OFF SUCH GOVERNMENT, and to provide new guards for their future security."

(I provided the emphasis).

Thank you, and God bless.

Who cares--tanning salons give you cancer, which increases health care costs.

The House will not fund it .....therefore, obamacare can be implemented in the Andromeda System!

It may remain a federal law for now, that is, until 2012 when obama is ousted. Then it can be dumped altogether ;)

Where the courts are concerned it will be decided by Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy who will break the 4-4 tie between the other 8 justices of the Supreme Court of the United States. If Kennedy goes with the 4 liberals, then it will ultimately come down to "we the people" to stop it.

How you ask? The same manner in which the abolitionist rendered The Fugitive Slave Act ineffective. Get on the jury and simply refuse to indict or convict anyone of a crime under the law.

the judge may instruct the jury as to what the law is, but the jury MUST carry out the responsibility of determining the validity of that law BEFORE guilt or innocence can even be discussed.

If this law and a skunk held a stink contest, the skunk would lose so badly that he would simply be so embarrassed that he'd go dig a hole, crawl in, and pull it in after himself.

10% tax to become more dark...

Seems racist.

What races use tanning salons.

It's not a health issue like cigarettes, alcohol and drugs.

Has anyone ever looked into who suggested this tax?

I guess the US government administration wants whites to be pasty white

GJ of GA 3:31PM February 17, 2011

How is it that this is being implemented when this nightmare was determind to be unconstituional by a Federal Judge? Shouldn't everyone who is involved in any implementation of this law be held in contempt and thrown in jail? How is it that at every turn this administration goes on with it's detroy America first campaign and nothing is done to stop it?
