The former Arkansas guv reveals that he remains a University of Arkansas Razorbacks addict—and not just for the basketball team, which he cheered in 1994 as president as it grabbed the NCAA championship. He has a cable TV sports package in New York that gives him Razorback football games. And, he says, "I TiVo the games I miss." That apparently makes him an armchair coach who feels the Razorbacks need to "learn to play better in the fourth quarter."
