Like a lot of cable TV hosts, Fox Business Network's Neil Cavuto is planning an all-nighter on Election Day. Cavuto tells Whispers that he's advised staffers: "I would bring cots, if I were you, and enough Red Bull to keep you going to at least 2 in the morning." But Cavuto and his guests won't be looking just at the winners. His focus will be on what it means to Wall Street and American wallets. "Fox Business isn't about red and blue states, it's about green—your money," he says. Eight or more hours on the air could be a hardship for Cavuto, who has multiple sclerosis. He jokes that he's told his bosses that "I'm going to combine all my drugs with a lot of alcohol seconds before going on the air." Jokes aside, he says that "it's all a matter of adrenaline, though I certainly feel it the next day."
For proof he won't just be talking winners and losers, Cavuto tells us that he's got a lineup of guests heavy on the business side. The list he gave us includes: businessman and Football Hall of Famer Fran Tarkenton, Forbes CEO Steve Forbes, Dick Grasso, former New York Stock Exchange chairman, and former Defense Secretary William Cohen.
