As London eyes massive 20 percent in military spending cuts and a huge slash in active Army troops, Washington is growing fearful that its best ally won't be able to fill gaps in the Pentagon's war plans. Worse, we hear that other nations might follow Britain in domino fashion unless the White House can convince 10 Downing Street to blunt the cuts.
