Pollster John Zogby updates our weekly Obama Report Card with a grade on the president's performance. Zogby uses his polling, expert analysis, and interaction with major players to come up with a grade and some comments that capture how he see's the president's week ending.

John Zogby on Week 81:

"BP activity reveals that the oil spill may not be another Hurricane Katrina for the Gulf coast or the sitting president. However, residents along the coast are going to have to see relief and recovery in short order. The president scores a judicial victory on the Arizona immigration law, which may be a good thing with Hispanic voters, or not good enough. But the president's approval numbers are down to 43 percent and Republicans have opened up a wider polling lead over Democrats in the coming congressional elections. So whatever the Obama and Democratic message and despite some recent success, I see no evidence either is working."
