Since coming to Nevada almost 23 years ago, I have found Harry Reid to be an upstanding politician and a good family man. He has been effective in serving the people of Nevada. He is not the wishy-washy politician unlike politicians in other states.

Nevada is very proud that a son of poor parents of a small town Searchlight, NV, has reached the pinnacle of success in the United States Senate because he is good man.

First step toward real reform is this cowards failure to stand up to President Obama for the benefit of the nation and his party. Centrist; only Nancy Pilosi has Acted more liberal since 2006.

As a fairly political Nevadan (which isn't saying much), I don't understand how so few people get Harry Reid. He's a centrist who doesn't sleep around! He's the quiet type who'd rather rest on his laurels than at a photo-op. He's a regular guy who "got" the system and knows how to operate within it, many times to his state's advantage (that part I'm okay with).

He is a politician's politician, and no one in the Senate can deny it.

Thank you to usa troops. Figure support and chances. Some need understanding ideas on why not to be over or under.Basics need funded for all usa citiznes. Ex: i give suppl chec but not enough to pay for basic vehicle transmission repair. And beg for housing to have something within 3 months. Evaulate. No buses in small towns. 40 % of usa? Basics is that needy need healthcare. Not just 11 years of it. Just figure out something. Pro caring prolife politicians should band together and go after states, not allow total destruction and stalematers by corrupt! Crooked jerks!Someone is not wanting justice very badly!!!!!!!! Document unwarranted crimes!

Harry Reid is a big part of what is wrong in Washington. The Senate doesn't belong to you Mr. Reid. It belongs to the American people. As far as Senator Frist, I would remind Senator Reid of his own words "you are entitled to your own opinion, not your own facts." Reid has only his opinion to support his argument that Bush helped Frist get elected as Majority leader. If you read Frist's book, he denies that. So who do you believe? As for me, I believe Frist. We actually need less Harry Reids, Mitch McConnells, Trent Lotts and more of the Bill Frists, Tom Coburns and John Barrassos.
