he has turned out to be a darn good VP, but Delaware has become the hub for corporate bankruptcy seekers seeking relief from their financial crimes in delaware which is a pro corporatestate as any that i have experienced, and Joe Biden is the avenrage Joes friend, So Mr VP if you are listening ask DE to stop protecting criminals like New century who have stolen our houses to hide behind BK Court and become their own Trustees.
