How many laws do we have now that people blatantly disobey? I totally agree that distracted driving is deadly, but I happened into a technology that enables you to do it with both hands on the wheel. www.fdivoice.com/srdenton. Think about how many lives we can save.

Yea, we don't need no stinkin' NASCAR czar, whatever that's supposed to mean. Although it would be real American if we could get those good 'ole boy drivers to turn right once in awhile, instead of always veering left (commie pinkos) that they are. I agree with BigRed of AR, let the stooges kill each other off. I'm safe in my jacked pick 'um up, so no worries here. And money spent teaching idiots common sense is not money well spent for certain...

Finally, a post whose headline matches the content. Did Roger Simon call you Paul Medard in his interview of you? Watch it again if you didn't notice.

I suppose he's going to use some of that extra money floating around DC to pay for it.

Keep this administration out of what little is left of the real America. Do we need a NASCAR czar? NO

Bigred of AR 12:14PM April 10, 2010

As a Nascar fan I would not like to see them team up with Obama.

Keep the govt out of Nascar- they have already ruined enough of our lives.

R. Smith of GA 11:45AM April 10, 2010

You're correct previous comment leaver. I hate Obama, and if Nascar gets mixed up with him, they will lose lots of fans, including me. Obama is taking over enough of my life, he doesn't need to take over my leisure time. Besides the face, I'm one of the 53% of the country that pay taxes,so I can't afford to go to Nascar races, or afford my cable TV for that matter.

You just have to get the cell phone distraction-while-driving stuff strictly and stiffly illegal state by state. Once you get that done, maybe we could get the pesky little devices completely out of all public schools too.

Te president should skip Nascar. Most of those fans don't like him. And half of them who go to the races WANT to see a wreck anyway---caused by whatever.
