Pollster John Zogby updates our weekly Obama Report Card with a grade on the president's performance. Zogby uses his polling, expert analysis, and interaction with major players to come up with a grade and some comments that capture how he sees Obama's week ending.

John Zogby on Week 60:

National pollster John Zogby gives President Obama a grade of B plus for week 60 of his presidency."It's anybody's guess as to whether there are enough votes in the House to pass the Senate healthcare bill, but both sides concede that it is within striking distance. There is an uptick in public support for healthcare reform. Plus, the latest employment numbers, if not good news, at least weren't terrible news. Make no mistake, it's still not rosy out there, but the president's polling numbers are holding steady."

This week's grade: B+

Last week's: A-

Even Zogby's slanted polling shows Obama himself, his leadership, unemployment and the deficit, US's international standing, his party, national security policy, and the perception of the direction America is going in, in a tailspin. We're talking collapses in approval that are historic in their scale. Over 50% in every catagory oppose Obama down from a starting point of over 70%. All this political capital was spent on nothing when it comes to policy enactment. In what reality is that a leveled off B+ score? In what universe is Obama's path viewed as a success? It's time this guy (Zogby)gets another line of work, I wouldn't let my company touch one of his products with a 10% push-poll
