It is the 'weak and the stupid' - as the poster above writes, who Go Along with SILLY Legislation to Regulate Every Aspect of our LIVES - that get Wiped out First, as in; An Authoritarian/Totalitarian State, who's 'leaders' have nothing better to do than think up Silly legislation to regulate our lives even further, when it is the Politburo's who need to be 'Regulated' right out of town...

My son was recently struck on his bike by a young driver who was texting. Thank God my son was not killed but the driver AND her insurance company tried to sue my 11 year old son for the damages to her car!! What is this world coming to?

In fakt I am texting while driving now...

...was that a speed bunp or a bicyclist I just rolled over...

...any way, I have no prob texting and driving and brushing teeth at the same time.

I was recently driving behind a young girl who was texting on a winding, two-lane highway with no shoulder. She was all over the road, and nearly got hit twice by oncoming traffic she didn't see because she was looking at her phone.

I swear . . . Darwin was right. It's the weak and stupid of a species that get wiped out first. Unforunately, they usually take a few others with them in the process.

Hold on, let me pull over so I can text a response to this article....

Oh d***, I almost got hit trying to avoid that cop watching me...

I think this is ridiculous...its not like I am using my electric razor or something...

Its going to be like unwinding the clock though, unless you can develop a recorded voice and say, send text...

Besides, It took me 30 years to get my wife to quit putting on her makeup while passing on the right...LoL...

80% percent of all rear end collisions (the most frequent vehicle accident) are caused by driver inattention, following too closely, external distraction (talking on cell phones, shaving, applying makeup, fiddling with the radio or CD player, texting, etc.) and poor judgment. I doubt if we'll ever stop the madness so I got one of these sparebumper.com to protect my family and vehicle.
