Zogby Gives Obama an F After Brown Win

When I was asked to grade President Obama, I tried my best to give him every benefit of doubt and to be as open and fair minded as possible.

He has done a few things right. But in the overall analysis, he was voted in to change Washington and bring hope to the people of America. He has failed miserably in both areas.

In the end, you can't help but come to the conclusion that he is powerless and run by the Pelosi/Reid machine. The liberl left put this guy in office with absolutely zero experience and told him that if he wins, they will dictate the agenda. And obama has followed that liberal agenda every step of the way. And when he broke from the agenda, like he did the day he announced that the public option was not completely necessary, Pelosi and Reid marched into the oval office and corrected him. two hours later, obama emerged to announce that the public option was vital and necessary.

He is powerless, stands for little and has no track record or experience.

This is why he gets a solid F

I was going to give the President a "D", however, the fact that he still does not get it, that he can't bring himself to admit he was wrong with this healthcare bill, proves that Obama, unfortunately is the snake oil salesman I believed he was. Oh, he talks a good talk, but fails to deliver. He speaks of unity but assails those he does not agree with. Even Bill Clinton realized and came to the center. It was a big lie perpetuated by the liberals and carried by MSNBC and others that the republicans didn't participate in the health care reform bill--they tried but were rebuffed at every opportunity. They wanted "tort reform" but got a resounding NO. (Have to protect those lawyers who give big time to the Dems). Even when they agreed with the Dems on closing the doughnut hole and protecting those with pre-existing conditions, the Dems made it clear by locking the repubs out that this was their bill alone. How arrogant. And they wonder what happened in Massachusetts.

The previous commenters do not even rate a grade. They are too obtuse to understand the message in this story. The most liberal state in the nation just rejected Obama and his policies. Obama wanted government controlled health care to be a tribute to Ted Kennedy. Massachusetts just told Obama what he could do with his tribute. Ted Kennedy was a lecherous drunk, and his only tribute should be Chappaquiddick.
