John Zogby on Week 49:
"Last week I gave President Obama an incomplete. But this week is one for the history books. Surely the devil is in the details but history will show that Obama and Congress are on their way to the first major overhaul of healthcare in 45 years and that the president successfully negotiated with China and other world leaders an agreement in principle on reducing carbon emissions. Sure, there is going to be lots of criticism and unhappiness, but this historian has read extensively about the criticism following the passage of Social Security and Medicare. Readers out there: Find me a tombstone with the epitaph 'He died fighting Social Security' or 'She opposed Medicare to her grave.'
