Pollster John Zogby updates our weekly Obama Report Card with a grade on the president's performance. Zogby uses his polling, expert analysis and interaction with major players to come up with a grade and some comments that capture how he see's the president's week ending.
John Zogby on Week 48:

"This week is the semester final: AKA healthcare reform. Obama's semester will be determined by passage or failure of the healthcare bill in the U.S. Senate. While the rest of us are treated to a daily dosage of playground bullies, and sanctimonious smart alecks (who don't mind taking money from others), they hold the president's fate. If the Senate passes any kind of bill, he gets an A. If the Senate refuses, the failure will go on Obama's permanent record. So this old college professor gives Obama an incomplete for the week."
This week's grade: I
Last week: B
