For Tom in San Diego, it appears that most of congress deserves the label FC. Their tossing our country down the tubes and turning us into a communist republic. We sure could use someone like Reagan right now.

I am sure that writing about this "trivia" is fun for you...personally I am sick of people who call themselves journalists broadcasting the underbelly of our less than honorable shortcomings, even Mr. Reagan's.
I hear that Congress' cars are also labeled this way...i.e., "fc "onboard""
It must mean "Fat Cat" onboard!
