I watched this show and noticed you all kept refering to them as SWEET POTATOES when in fact they were YAMS.

Sweet Potatoes are yellow not orange as those were. Please get your vegatables correct

Two of the judges were from Great Britian. Why not have the local celebreties judge Iron Chef AMERICA?

The secret ingredient on Sunday night’s two hour special episode of Iron Chef was supposed to be produce from the White House garden. Ms. Obama also expressed a requirement to incorporate sweet potatoes in their dishes. She said they were her favorite items from the garden.

Well, something is amiss somewhere: the map of the White House garden plantings makes no mention of sweet potatoes (http://www.whitehouse.gov/assets/documents/garden_layout.pdf) or Ms. Obama’s definition of “produce from the White House garden” is extraordinary flexible.

Let's get some perspective, folks. It's a TV show. If it were the Bush family who did this at their ranch during their Adminitsration for some BBQing, you probably would have loved it. Unless they were talking policy during the show, I don't see what the big deal is. Get a grip.

Come on, of course MRS Obama's Chef won, even though her offerings were the weakest. Mario's dishes were far superior, in fact Emeril and the shortorder cook they call a chef at the Whitehouse were the weakest

I'm glad I don't have to sit around like the rest of you and watch this vomit. Yeah, the show is cool, but come on now!!! I hope that all of you realize on how much of a joke this is. Do you really think that Ms. Obama actually cooks??? They have a staff of some of the top notch military chefs around. This is just another Hollywood gimic to gain popularity to overshadow all the other travesties that are going on. I want a vacation to Hawaii on the Pres. dime instead of the other way around.

What a phony show - love the Obama’s but can you believe who won, what a

surprise that Bobby Flay's team won!!!! give me a break, it was like

watching wrestling ( who will win this match??? surprise, surprise ) I enjoy watching the iron chef show each week, but now I question if the judging it is real or not?

Please say it is not sooooooooooo!!! I just wonder who owns this

channel now.
