It is certainly interesting for me to read that post. Thanks for it. I like such themes and everything that is connected to them. I would like to read more on this blog soon. BTW, rather nice design you have at this site, but don’t you think design should be changed every few months?

This proves that PETA is a useless organization with no credibility whatsoever.

The cross in the ad isn't used for the purpose of calling one's mind to Christ and His mission. It is used as a tease, to call one's attention to those parts of Ms. Krupa's body that are behind it, in the same way a stripper would use a boa in a striptease. The cross is employed for the purpose of making the image all that more tantalizing. The exploitation of the cross as sex toy is what makes the ad blasphemous, not Ms. Krupa's naked body.

I think this backfired on PETA because, while a lot of people are talking about the ad, nobody is talking about animals.

Oh, come off it! Your Latin Riters all always so easily offended. You're worse than Puritans.

The human body was created by the same person whose Son died on that cross. It is a thing of beauty, glorifying our Creator's love and infinite genius. You conservative morons have turned it into a thing of shame to be hidden. Grow the heck up, will you! Start appreciating the beauty of creation instead of demonizing those of us (like Galileo) who stand in awe and reverence of it. If she displays her gifts from God and her love of God's other creatures and acknowledges their source with His symbol, there is no sin in it. I don't agree with her views regarding animal products vs synthetics. But, I do agree with her motivation and her right to express her views in the way she did.

PETA sure can get the attention, however preverted it may seem.

What are the animal rights organizations, PETA and HSUS and working toward. It should be clear. They are working to end animal use, including pets, farming and food sources. This is merely a social movement by a low percent of the population but PETA with the shocking videos and ads and HSUS with their tear jerking ads can elicit a response to collect millions of dollars. What about compassion for people? If they feel people and animals are the very same, then why doesn't PETA and HSUS have compassion for people? It seems like they feel people can fall off the earth and it will be a better place, while animals are free to roam! It is truly frightening at what they are trying to accomplish through the animals rights movement. Sounds like the end of civilization-can you imagine being forced to become a vegetarian by reducing farm animals down to zero? No domestic animals for comfort, no meat for food. Think about it. It is animal rights!

Please do not donate to HSUS or PETA, help out your local shelters as they are the ones taking care of animals. If you can't with money they can use Clorox, cleaning cloths, brooms and the list goes on. Just call and ask.

Joanna Krupa claiming to be "a practicing Catholic"?

Wow, I hate to throw stones but she needs some serious practice in her Catholic faith. Any "practicing" christian understands the sacrilege Miss Krupa proudly displays. I believe practicing Catholics rightly understand that many will lust over Miss Krupa's nudity regardless of whether she holds a Cross, a Rosary, or anything else. Shame on Miss Krupa and the PETA organization, they are guilty of exploiting our most Holy christian symbols during this most blessed Advent season.
