HIV is a curse from God.the cure is simply abstain from random sex. get a wife, two wives or three wives if you are oversexed person. after all there are more women in this world because men die faster due to war , hardwork and natural reasons.

It is common knowledge that US as a Donor Country has no control over the Funds spent by the 80 odd beneficiary countries and unless steps are taken to correct these vagaries no meaning full AIDS Prevention program can be a success.
I have it in writing from the Director USAID Agency India way back in 2005 stating that as a donor country we have no control over the host country spending the funds. .
One wonders How Long this trend will continue ?????
