Searching for "two rational Republicans" for the Republican ticket in 2012 .....

Still searching.....

Can I get back to you a little later ?

I have this nightmare scenario where Mitt Romney picks Michele Bachmann as his VP in 2012 to "shore up his conservative base" (as if that actually works) and it's Sarah Palin all over again. Please no. Let's have two rational Republicans on the ticket in 2012, the kind of people who don't go out of their way to make a laughingstock of themselves. Bachmann appears to have already failed this test, and I really don't want to hear about all the snow-dwelling wildlife she's shot in Minnesota during the 2012 campaign.

The more Republicans there are in the 2012 "field" to argue with each other on the public stage for two years, the better.

Representative Bachmann, please run; I beg you. As a comedian, I relish the idea of Sara Palin and Michele Bachmann competing with each other in the Republican primaries. It would be comedy heaven. The loser could serve on one of Obama's Death Panels.

"Michael, you da man!"

Are you f'en kidding? It took Bachmann 31 months in office to hold her first open town hall forum for constituents. Bachmann does not respond to any correspondance or calls that are not in agreement with her extremist positions. You could not find a single piece of meaningful legislation she passed as a state senator or member of Congress. Her lack of constituent service is well-known in her district. Most of her money comes from wealthy people outside her district. For Bachmann suggest that she's focued "100% on serving my constituents" is just another in a long string of lies from her. Please, send someone besides Suzi Parker to interview Bachmann next time She must have had a healthy glass of Kool-Aid with the congresswoman.
