I think Jack-azz Garofolo ought to run for Congress. Pelosi is getting too old and ridiculous to laugh at anymore, and it would be good to have another Godless, feeble-minded, liberal twit to represent the Obama kool-aid communists.

I'm sorry, but Tom would a another NEOCON joke. Micheal Moore is the best choice. He's always been honest and hopeful for America.

As mentioned in a previous blog, "Magnum" aka Tom is the man... He is honest and not afraid to share and hold opinions regardless whether they are popular or not. If you've listened to his interviews over the years, he is patient, straight-forward and has what many politicians lack - common sense.

California is in such a mess because of our fiscally irresponsible legislature, we need all the help we can get to get away from the kind of politicians we have in office right now. Go Tom! I'd vote for him in a heartbeat!

Tom Selleck is the man who should run for congress or senator of California.

People thought Sonny Bono was a joke for Congress, but he was a decent, honest politician. I would definately like to see Tom Selleck, Clint Eastwood, Ted Nugent, and other conservative/moderates run for office and get America back on track.

I believe any American with A good education and good values except those with political science degrees should have a chance to run for office, Maybe next time if President Obama does not win we will choose A independent take both democrats and republicans out of office and maybe the house and congress. it would be so nice to take competition out of the white house and get down to business of taking care of America and American interests.

have you taken your Obama posters down yet? Selleck is a well spoken person who has been unafraid to take on issues that are unpopular in his work community.

That kind of courage is exactly what we need from our politicians.

I would like to see NO film or music stars (or sports stars) running for Congress---on either side. And, thankfully, MOST of them agree most of the time that they shouldn't be there either.

Nothing against Tom Selleck. He's a great actor and probably a good man in real life. But a TV private eye image named Magnum selling us on gun advocacy? That's about as bad as Mike Huckabee joking that he wanted to put Chuck Norris is charge of immigration. Are you really gonna kick-box a bunch of Spanish-speaking farm workers, meat packers, landscape employees and roof shingle installers? Well, are you?

We had Reagan. We got duped. No more image stuff trumping policy, please.
