Well, Robert, I voted FOR Obama because I wanted someone in government to represent me and what I wanted. Obviously, you want what Palin and McCain advocated, but you, and they, lost the election. More citizen voters favored Obama - I know it's difficult for you to accept, but that is the reality. You don't get a do-over because you didn't get your way, just as I didn't get a do-over because I didn't get my way in 2000 or 2004.

In JFK's "Profiles in Courage", he stated that a representative should do what he thought was the correct thing to do, even if his constituents didn't want that. Our new leaders seem to be following "Profiles in Courage", to the letter of intent. Isn't that great, We elect representatives to represent us and they turn around representing what we don't want. To that extent Hoyer, Pelosi and Obama are fans of "Profiles in Courage" where JFK says you have to have courage to go against your constituency. Aren't you all happy that you voted for the Obama team; I didn't vote for Obama because I wanted someone in government to represent me and what I wanted.
