Given the deliberately inflammatory nature of the Republican rhetoric regarding soon-to-be Supreme Court Justice Sotomayor, it's wise to be extra vigilant.
Dealing with the current crop of Republican leadership is like walking past the chimpanzee cage at the zoo - you have to be careful, because you never know what they'll throw at you.
