You liberals crack me up, You attack palin for her shopping, yet Obama touts his big expensive night out with his wife just when so many people are without jobs, millions on unemployment and on food stamps, many more loosing their homes, there's compassion for ya.BTW all those jobs he supposedly created aren't showing up on the unemployment figures. Those jobs are NOT long term jobs, just short term, fix this road, fix this bridge, etc. One thing that i've learned is that when the truth hits libs they don't try to defend themselves, they attack the individual who show their faults.

Palin is a grifter, period. From her $150K “I’m just a hockey mom” wardrobe…to charging Alaskans for nights spent in her own house….and to duping her zombie followers to pony up for her legal defense fund when she just signed a book deal for millions of dollars!

...all you Palinbots are going to feel pretty stupid when your idol shows up on "I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!"

Folks who admire Sarah Palin are not likely to consider the governor's reluctance to schmooze with Washington insiders surprising."Washington insiders" aren't interested in grass roots concerns. When she's savaged by elites terrified of her Main Street cred, do "insiders" come to her defense? This woman struck a chord with a lot of Americans because she's easily identifiable. You don't have to pry off layers of artifice to find her. The Left will spare no effort to destroy her, and the spineless little men who call themselves "insiders" will put their wet fingers in the wind and go along to get along.

does anyone care that she has no compassion towards wildlife, and is set on destroying our country's natural resources for her own political gain?

these are subjects that she tries to hide from the general public, but everyone should be aware of her record. she strongly advocates for killing animals (wolves, polar bears, etc, including mothers and their cubs), and ignores any consequences that may come from uncontrolled development in her home state.

she is not about moderation or balancing priorities - she is all about getting her own way, no matter what she hurts or destroys in the process.

what does this demonstrate about her beliefs and ethics?

The more this woman and her family are attacked, the stronger and more popular she becomes to the real people of America. Wake up, Repubs. Listen to what the people are telling you. We want MEAT AND POTATOES, not smoothies. We don't care if the nominee is male or female, we want someone with balls. She has more than half of congress. Sarah Palin makes this old feminist grandma stand up and cheer. Take no prisoners, Sarah. Go for it.

Why does a woman receive such a horrible treatment by the left and no womans group come to her defense? Any other woman who was on the left would have had headlines defense if she was treated like Palin has been. Why are the left so afraid of her that they try to destroy her?

David Letterman , who declares himself a comedian, made somments that weren't possibly funny. The were meant to destroy her. What a joke!

James Prescott of GA said: She is the Earth Mother and Venus Aphrodite in one person. We love her.

I'm sorry, James, but when she got on a plane while 8-months pregnant (OBGYNs recommend no flying after 6 months) she lost the right to be called an Earth Mother. An Earth Mother wouldn't risk her child's health by flying after leaking amniotic fluid. Instead, she would head to the nearest hospital to be checked out by a physician. A phone call to her family practitioner 8,000 miles away wouldn't have been sufficient for her.

I was leaning towards voting for McCain, but then he chose a person obviously lacking in judgement as his running mate. That made me question his judgement as well.

Gov. Palin appeals not only to the "Carhartt" rural voters but also to small business owners and professionals. As an Ivy League educated eye surgeon, I would be delighted to put Sarah to work in Washington as our next President. She is an amazing governor and she understands what Reagan understood, small business is the engine of our economy and the govt. should be the tool of the people in a free society not dictating every aspect of our lives. I prefer that she not be an intellectual or a policy wonk. She is a strong woman of infinite courage. I respect her immensely.

This is going to sound rough to many people, but as a male member of Team Sarah, being completely frank is the only way I can say this. The liberal media says one thing negative about Gov. Palin. News outlets that support her put the same reported incident in a positive light. Who am I going to believe? I've learned from hard experience to believe those news outlets that support Palin, instead of the liberal media that does nothing but try to destroy her at all cost to truth to the voting public. Why? When I examine the "facts" used by the liberal media, I see liberal attacks against Palin coming repeatedly from datum either fabricated, misquoted or taken out of context, while leaving out facts entirely that support her. This has been the liberal media's treatment of Palin from the beginning.

Journalists will ask, "Document such inflammatory remarks." Here is my reply: Go get a copy of the DVD "Media Malpractice" by John Zeigler. Don't just wave off what John Zeigler and Gov. Palin say because they make you as liberals feel uncomfortable. Look instead at the facts they present based on the facts' own merits.

What I just said is highly controversial. But this issue is too important to go without counter-discussion by Palin supporters.
