John McCain for President in 2012? He Says No

John Mccain might have been the worst Republican nominee ever. He pretty much got elected because he played the POW card. He's pathetic

Michael of AL 4:41PM June 08, 2011

No matter what happens, John McCain will go down in history as the best president that America never had. He was the best candidate that the Republican Party has ever --- or could possibly --- nominate, though he lost to a lesser man. For decades Senator McCain has fought corruption, the over-weaning wealthy special interests, and the waste of taxpayer money they support.

Racists and bigots within and outside the Republican Party hate him because he is not one of their own (see comment below.) That's why they mounted their cowardly anonymous attack on him before the 2000 South Carolina Primary. They had the gall to imply that his then 4-year-old Bangledeshi daughter --- whom he and his wife adopted from Mother Theresa's orphanage --- was an illegetimate child of mixed race that he sired. They lied to the voters of South Carolina with their automated "push polls," and insulted South Carolinians with "race baiting." They are still active today as internet "trolls."

The corrupt lobbyists and special interests have fought Senator McCain for decades, because he fights for the ordinary, taxpaying American. Pandering political hacks have fought Senator McCain for just as long, because he always puts our country first. Selfish and anti-social fools oppose him, because he's inspired many to serve a cause greater than themselves; and he unites many across the petty differences and divisions that lesser Americans exploit.

He has accomplished this not by abandoning his principles, but by placing them above petty political pandering. His appeal is broad not from compromising his beliefs, but because he believes in the promise of America and keeps his promise to Americans.

I found a website that piqued my interest: www.McCainiacs.com. I don't know what it is yet; apparently it's still under construction. It seems McCainiacs are starting to come together in a grassroots effort, at the very least to set the record straight. You don't often see McCainiacs on the internet, not because we aren't there, but because we don't have several hours a day to spend on message boards. We have jobs, families, responsibilites and social lives. Hopefully this website will serve as a forum for us to come together and get our message out.

Senator McCain lost the election last year because the corrupt special interests and petty political hacks opposed him, and supported his opponent, with biased media as their appologists. His opponent was and is an exemplar of corrupt Chicago politics.

From 2000 on, John McCain inspired a new generation of young voters to dare to abandon cynicism and hope for a government worthy of the people it serves. We'll support him again in 2012 if he decides to run. For now, he still fights the good fight for all of us in the Senate. He still keeps that faith, keeps his courage, stays strong, never flinching or yielding.

God bless John McCain

John, go home and read a book. You are not Presidential material. This last election told the story. You had a dream and it turned into a nightmare. You are not mean enough and your skin is too thin for the office. We need a tough, don't give a shit, mean bastard that lives and breaths the Constitution who will do the correct choices based on the Constitution. I mean a person who has the gonads to laugh at the media and do the right thing. Is it too much to ask that there is a politician anywhere that has the stones of the sheriff of Maracopa County AZ.? Why don't we have a thousand sheriff Joes? Because they lack the balls to do the job.

.

I mean...REALLY now...

Do this and the Republicans are BEGGING to become the 21st CENTURY WHIGS.

Thinking of the Talking Heads song, "Life During Wartime":

"This ain't no party, this ain't no disco, this ain't no foolin' around."

THINK TODAY:

"THIS AIN'T NO 'COUNTRY CLUB PARTY' NO MORE."

Try it JUST ONE MORE TIME, and MEET THE WHIGS.

Not no, but hell no! Republican moderates are killing the party. Ride off into the sunset John and enjoy your golden years.

It must be Obama spreading this rumore in hope that the fools will go with another half-principled conservative, who is only timid when it conmes to attacking the opposition. If I were Obama, I'd pay him to run.

What will it take to be done with this RINO and his moronic family?

McCain would have been a great vp for Presidente Zero. With his daughter all the lemmings would have cheered her on. And since Obama has demonstrated himself to be crude, rude and socially unacceptable, McCain would have been an excellent choice. Even better than Tiller.

McCain is a failure. Let's send him back to Viet Nam. I'm sure his wife can buy him a nice mansion there.
