Bill O'Reilly Crows: Liberal Ana Marie Cox Owes Her Life to Fox News

I disagree with Doctor what's her name. If Coulter had been the one experiencing a shortness of breath due to an allergic reaction, I doubt if Ana Marie Cox would have helped her. As for Paul, that's your story, if true. Typical Liberal arrogance and condescension.

Highly doubtful Ann Coulter would have done the same!

Taking credit for "saving Ana-Marie Cox's life is totally silly, I mean, all it took was a couple of Benedryl, for God's sake. Next he'll be taking life-saving credit for not sucking all the oxygen out of a room somebody's in, because he could have done that. Ana-Marie is alive and well because other folks have chosen to share air and Benedryl (or generic equivalent diphenhydramine) with her. I would share just about anything it took to keep her going, and I'm saying this as my organ transplant card is coming up for renewal.

I met her personally, on one brief trip to Washington DC and upon finding that she wass short of breath due to a food allergy, I did the same, i.e., gave her two standard Benedryl,tm. So I guess I could make the same claim as Bill O'R; or Fox News anchor lady who actually helped her out. But I wouldn't. I think the conservatives are just envious of her saucy looks and very snappy humor, which comes from her pulling no punches; i.e., having few secrets, being honest, living large. Frankly, Ana's the most awesome journalist I've met, and for an Iowa country boy, I met me a few.

I have been wondering why is our gov. getting in to the private sector .. Doesn't everyone know that is illegal for the gov. to take over private business. But no one is making that point. To our elected officials. They believe that they can do whatever they want. I was hopeful that that the press would press the specker of the house on her comments thst the CIA, lied to congress at her last dog and pony show but the press cowtailed to her. and did not do there jobs.. shame on all of you. The press is the pulbics' watch dogs, and the press should not back down.. regardless of the facts. It sounds to me that we as a replublic, shoud get to truth..

You're right! There is nothing fair and balanced about Fox News. They lean so far to the right they are going to fall over. They don't even try to be accurate. They lie to make their point and Keith Olberman busts them on it all the time. Bill O'Reilly talks out of so many sides of his mouth I wonder if the top of his head is even attached. He is so arrogant and so wrong. When Olberman exposes his lies, he cries that NBC is persecuting him. All they have to do is play a clip of him saying one thing and then play another with him saying the exact opposite. The man contradicts himself. It is not really Fox News. It is Fox Rightist Propaganda. As Glenn Beck said on The View, he doesn't have to check his facts because he is a commentator, not an investigative journalist. He is an entertainer, not a news man. So he doesn't have to tell the truth. How can you believe anything they say on that channel?!?!?

Paul K. Coulter of KY 11:59PM May 21, 2009

Oh and so THAT's why people help others? Such a cold and arrogant thing to say. Nothing fair and balanced in that comment......actually there's nothing fair and balanced about ANYTHING FOX airs. Oh an because this may be "abusive" because it's against what O'Reilly I know it won't be posted because to be abusive is HIS job.
