This is for comments about the cooking. There are a few fantastic chefs that work in the white house. I expect the Navy will win the Military chef competition this year on Barracks Row.

Any food prepared for Obama and his family is bought by them (and Mendelsohn "volunteered" his time / skill). Nonetheless, we taxpayers shell out more than $2 BILLION per year to run the White House. It's time to cut that in half.

I can't afford to pay the high prices these chefs charge in their resturants, but yet I have to pay for them to feed the 1st family. This is ridiculous, especially with the economy like it is.
