Anna: Just watched your interview with Greta (4/14); I was amazed at the frequency with which you use the crutches "um", "uh" and "you know" in your speech. Listening to you was painful to say the least. I was so focused on your bad speaking habits, I didn't even hear what you were saying! Terrible!
