"I just want to know which part of the United states constitution allows the president the right to oust a private sector individual from his job."

There's no authority there. But, you're a bit late. About 70 years late. Since the 1930's, Presidents and Congress has subverted the Constitution. Heck... where's the authority for the Department of Education? Or any of the newer departments?

All of these Federal programs are unconstitutional... only the STATES have the power to do these things.

Our Constitution is basically dead.

This is not Socialism... it is Fascism. Read the definition... Government doesn't "own" private companies, but forces its will upon them. Ring a bell?

Fire the CEO and now demand GM produce the cars the Government wants, not necessarily what the public wants. That is the definition of Fascism.

Welcome to Obama's world. Well... he promised it during the campaign. Except I feel nobody (especially the media) cared what he would do... they just thought he was good-looking and was 'change'. Suckers.

Yes, why is our "president?" making such decisions?

Socialism = political system where the central government owns major industry.

I will say in Obama's defense..."If you make a deal with the Devil, there WILL be a price".

Who really cares about the why, when we should be looking at the how? I just want to know which part of the United states constitution allows the president the right to oust a private sector individual from his job. I don't care if he is a corporate CEO or not. There is no precedent for such an action and there isn't even a law that allows it.

The government is overreaching it's authority in an attempt to socialize the United States. I don't care if people are mad that he is making almost a million dollars a year to do his job and they are making minimum wage. Rick Wagoneer doesn't owe anyone a thing. If you want to make a million a year, then you need to do the things he has done. Go to college, get a job, work your way up the ladder. Not sit at home on your couch watching as the world turns, and eating popcorn.
