When it comes to the niceties of diplomacy, new President Obama already sounds like an old hand. Take his first call to South Korean President Lee Myung-bak this week to talk trade and North Korean issues. We've confirmed that he opened with the traditional " anyong haseyo? " which, for the rest of us, means "How are you?"

Rudy Guilano is thinking more seriously about taking a shot at becoming governor of New York. It's a back door entrance into politics and no one is more comfortable in a Senate Seat than Rudy. And on the surface, the former New York City mayor appears comfortable and at home.

Rudy hasn't said it yet but sources close to him say Rudy is just about set to throw his hat in the ring. He would prefer to become a New York Senator in the Big Apple and do not be surprised if he jumps into the U.S. Senatorial seat and a chance to re-seed the Big Apple.

And from here, it looks like Rudy is ready to make the move. He retains a lot of political clout and will probably remain on the fence until he finds the opportunity to jump on the bandwagon. Personally from here he looks like the ideal candidate unless Andy Cuomo beats him to the punch.
