Tomorrow, the expected first post-election day if all goes without a hitch tonight, Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean and Republican National Committee Chairman Mike Duncan plan to come together for a campaign-ending joint press conference at the National Press Club. Sources say the two will meet at 12:30 p.m. to review the election and salve the wounds of the past 21 months. It may be a swan song for both since neither is expected to continue in their roles.
