McCain's Campaign Is More Modest Than Obama's in Fashion

If you're still looking for distinctions between the Obama and McCain camps, consider their campaign neckwear. At a recent New York City debate between the two candidates' economic advisers, Obama's man, Austan Goolsbee, wore a blue silk necktie with a subtle "neat" pattern—which on closer inspection turned out to be the phrase "Obama '08" repeated multiple times, like a subliminal message. His opponent, McCain adviser Douglas Holtz-Eakin, wore a conservative, law-and-order number: red with small white stars. When asked whether there was any official McCain neckwear, Holtz-Eakin flipped over his tie to reveal a "McCain" label on the inside. Why not advertise the candidate on the front of the tie? "We're a more modest crowd," Holtz-Eakin quipped to our Rick Newman.

It seems that not many people know what exactly socialism is. Obama's plan for economic recovery is just part of the strategy that socialist countries use. That is government gets command over part of the marketing economy. It is good for a social system to function properly and in a right direction. When economics are heading toward a wrong direction because of some private sectors have been profiting at the expense of the public interest. Government should get control over it. If not, the private sectors will continue to get control over the marketing system. Actually our government system, our democracy and our freedom of speech and human rights are not socialism. We don't need to scare ourselves.

You are a racist and a lunatic.

Thank god most of your type of American is becoming extinct. People like you won't be happy until everyone unlike yourself is dead. Fortunately, people are waking up and turning their backs on fear-based war mongering designed to make wealthy industrialists wealthier. The concept of equity and actually getting a return for our tax dollars is at the forefront of this race instead of the promotion of the American Imperialist Agenda. Thats why we're electing Obama in 2008! You might want to learn to make tools from stone in order to survive

Communism and Socialism in the United States.

By: Jordan C. Fan, Prophet Of Environment.

The consenus is that Obama's theory of redistribution of wealth in the United States is really socialism. Soon or later the United States will become a communist country while Russia and China, like others have said here at ChinaDaily and elsewhere, are becoming more and more capitalistic. So are those people who died during the Cold War unnecessary? You all know that more than a million people died during the Korean War and Vietnam War. Who were responsible? The United States has been fighting communism for almost a century now. When it become a socialist or communist country, it will certain also become a laughing stock of the entire world. In fact, people are currently blogging all over world laughing!
