After reading the bio I am extremely glad I voted for John McCain. I wish I could have done more to help his cause. This bio should be read by everyone!!!

I think the point is that McCain was willing to do anything for his country to not give up secrets...Obama wont even wear an american flag pin b/c he doesnt want to appear to be taking sides. He is a joke, a muslim and should not be allowed to be President. He is going to ruin our Country. It says in Revelatios that someone from within us will betray us and decieve us and he is the antichrist. Obama doesnt care about anyone in the USA its all about his Muslim people and his wife is a freaking idiot seriously who let her out of the house. She wants to say she has never been proud of her country until now moron why now just b/c her gay ass husband is running for president we didnt let him run we didnt have a choice she is a moron. Someone should put both of them out of their misery.

although i voted for Obama, and i do not agree with McCain's many views, i have to say that what he suffered through was unbelievable and he is a very strong person.

John McCain is a role model for every American and all military members as well. He is extremely patriotic and very eloquent in his speech and actions.America would have done well to elect him. But as Mr. McCain said last night, we must join together and support our new Commander In Chief. I disagree with almost EVERY moral issue Sen. Obama stands for but his basic plans may be valid. The next 4 years will be a learning experience for all of us as well as Mr. Obama himself. Let's just hope he's made of the same honorable grit as John McCain.

There are not many that could have endured the torture you received. I do think that you are the only choice for President. You and you alone have the experience to handle situations that our Country must face. To make a decision based on who will give me the most in a tax return is wrong. We all need to ask ourselves who will be best for our country.

God Bless and I hope that you are our next President.

Few of us will ever know the real price that John McCain paid for his country. He has run the race and faced his enemies while maintaining his integrity, military bearing and love of country. Fewer still are those who can come close to his mark while living with all the comforts of modern life.

While his tenure as POW may not qualify him for the title of "Commander in Chief" to date I haven't seen a candidate of more note worthy choice.

I voted for the best person in the race and that just happens to be John McCain.

John McCain got my vote this morning, and why does McCain talking about his time as a POW bother so many people, is it because they can not say he doesn`t care about the men and women in the service, as they constantly say about George Bush, because his son is in Iraq, is another reason they can`t say he is trying to murder our young men and women,I say to those p who say it doesn`t matter..to go tell that to a parent who has a MIA or POW and see how that goes , since no one wants to speak about experience anyway,GW.Bush has been labeled a murderer since 911, what would he be called if he had just sit still,he has my deepest respect,I pray McCain wins this election,if he does not ,i will not disrespect Obama in front of the rest of the world,as a true American I think we should show respect for our country and pray for our leaders,if not we r disrespecting those who died for our freedom!

If he's such a hero why did he tell the U.S secrets? I hate the fact that you people are giving this man these praises and he doesnt deserve it. This man broke under pressure and sold his damn country out. If he was a true HERO his ass would have died for his country! You people really need to read up on why this man was released from being captured. He needs to sit his old ass down and try and be a good husband to his new wife. God know's he wasnt one to his first one.

I'm very proud to be an American and to be a McCain supporter for President. I was in grade school while the Vietnam War was going on and wore a POW bracelet for which I was proud. My father served in Vietnam in 1969-1970 as did my husband. My hus-band had suffered PTSD and some friends had been exposed to Agent Orange. I read many books on the Vietnam War and the Veterans who had from PTSD because I din't quite understand what my husband was going through. I wanted to learn more about it.
