First Jesse Ventura, Next Ralph Nader?

Ralph Nader's bid to win the White House might not be as hopeless as people think. Consider wrestler Jesse Ventura, says Nader's team. He started with little support in the polls, got invited to the Minnesota gubernatorial debates, and eventually won after people got a chance to compare him with his foes. "Given the fact that people are largely dissatisfied," Nader spokesman Chris Driscoll tells Whispers, "it's not surprising that some are starting to look to alternatives." An Associated Press poll has Nader at 6 percent. If he can reach 10 percent, Driscoll figures entry into the fall presidential debates should follow, and the rest could be history. "We're working," he says, to get Nader "to the starting line."

I find it hard to believe that people (most assuredly party hacks) are still trotting out this dead horse about MR.Nader costing the democrats the 2000 elections. Could AL Gore have run a worse campaign? Made worse choices?? HE chose to NOT campaign with Bill Clinton..HE chose to nominate Joe Lieberman as his VP candidate, a choice that couldnt have been Duller or Dumber! How good does that choice seem now that Joe just spoke at the RNC?? Al Gore couldnt have spoken about duller issues and he didnt even carry his own home state. I could go on. MR.NADER's voters were almost all NEW,FIRST TIME VOTERS!! He campaigned and PACKED stadiums and the crowds PAID TO SEE HIM SPEAK! GLADLY! They werent PAID to come see him as is the case often with major party candidates. ITS A DEMOCRACY! WIN YOUR VOTES! If you cant wim em fair and square, you dont deserve them. And all that and they didnt let Ralph into the debates and they even tried to have him arrested for coming NEAR the debates! IF Ralph is so weak, what are they afraid of?? Why wont they let him speak?? Get Media coverage? Participate in the debates?? WHAT ARE THEY AFRAID OF?? HE WILL SPEAK THE TRUTH AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WILL LEARN SOMETHING AND THE SH*T WILL HIT THE FAN, thats why!!

Now you want us to feel bad if MR.NADER takes votes away from OBAMA?? Obama is COMPLETELY UNQUALIFIED TO BE PRESIDENT!! Google the word "accomplishments" with NADER's Name and then Obama's. I DARE YOU!!! WAKE UP! Your reality show attention span is KILLING our country! As a democrat you should be INSULTED that BIDEN is on the BOTTOM of the ticket! ITS A JOKE! ON YOU! One guy has 6 terms in the US senate the other has a hundred something DAYS!!

If voting for NADER costs Obama the election I can live with it.

Have you compared McCains record of service to Obama's? At any rate, it more important at this crucial time in our history to get the message out about what is really happening to this country. MR.Nader is now the ONLY candidate truly carrying that message and the hemlock, if he is forced to drink it, will not come from my hands.Generations will look back and wonder at what an opportunity we missed to save our country and VOTE NADER!

Ralph Nader is BRILLIANT! Ive seen him speak..in person, and he is not only riveting, he is over flowing with all the information and FACTS that are soo sorely lacking from ALL the other candidates (besides maybe RON PAUL)! If Ralph Nader was allowed into the debates his numbers would skyrocket, much like Ross Perots did and maybe more. But the powers that control our country realized they can never let an outsider get as close as Perot got and they have blocked Nader at every turn and have a media blockade imposed on him that has kept the public virtually unaware of his candidacy and his message. You cannot live in this country today and hear Mr.Naders message and not realize how TOTALLY CORRECT he is. Unless your part of the problem and run with the crowd that is sucking the life blood from our constitution, our economy and our very democracy.

I for one am glad that people are stepping up and pushing back at the status quo. The democrats and republicans have shown they just can't get it done. America needs a man like Ralph Nader that has been steadfast in his beliefs, and works tirelessly for the American People. Both Obama and McCain bend with the wind and play the typical political games. If the media, and in turn all Americans would just give Nader an even playing field to debate the issues, I believe many more American would change their votes to independent.

NOW MORE THAN EVER WE NEED NADER!
