Funnyman Cleese Has Our Number

May 2, 2008 RSS Feed Print

Comic British actor John Cleese says he has figured out our turbulent presidential politics. "You're always talking about being the greatest democracy in the world, and you're no good at it," he tells the Milken Global Conference in California, led by pollster Frank Luntz. Asked to size up the race, Cleese calls gop Sen. John McCain "the amiable grandfather with a temper." Sen. Hillary Clinton is "the aunt no one can stand." And Sen. Barack Obama "is my older brother."
