"I would like to see Bill Clinton and Barack Obama wearing these on Earth Day," the boss of Capital Ties tells us. "They need to stand up and wear it on the stump," he says. And wearing it that very special day could impact the nomination race: It's also the date of Pennsylvania's primary election.
