Way to go PETA !!!!!!!!

"I do believe in the ethical treatment of animals, but using a cemetery as a platform..."

A cemetery is the perfect platform. They abuse and slaughter animals for profit. Not to mention that by eating an animal that's cooped up in a cage so small that it cant even turn around, you're also getting meat that has lived its whole life sitting in it's own excrement. Avian influenza and salmonella anyone? Not to mention that men who eat meat are 3 times more likely to die of a heart attack than men who don't. It seems to me that there couldn't be a BETTER platform than a cemetery.

Again this PETA group has gon way out of control in conveying their message of animal cruelty.

Each and everytime I read something involving PETA I could just scream.

Why on earth take such crazy way out of the box methods to get the message out about animal cruelty?

All it does is make PETA look totally rediculous!

At one time I admired PETA and their causes, but over the last few years, I just can't take them seriously anymore.

This stunt is totally outrageous!

nobody has any right to mess with that tombstone that was paid for and bought, freedom of speach, it was paid for, your feelings dont have anything to do with it, end of story, and its true, they do torture birds. thats what it is. torture.

I think this stunt was appalling . I do believe in the ethical treatment of animals, but using a cemetery as a platform, and a man who is deceased and has no control over the industry responsible for this cruelty is shameful. Let's think of the good the money used to purchase not only the monument but the plot of land as well, could have accomplished. I work at Cave Hill and know the price tag that went with this tragic waste of money. Money that could have actually SAVED abused animals. Wake up PETA, your own supporters are embarrassed.

Check the PETA website! There is proof of what they do to those animals. The media needs to stop acting like Colonel Sanders is a good person because he's not in the sense that what he does to his "food" is extremely inhumane.

Hey, whoever put "FOOD"...Chickens are for our service. God loves all the animals and us too...do you NOT read the bible at all? Its so inconsiderate to be buying something thats been tortured.

God put chickens here on earth to eat. To eat them, they must be killed, one way or the other.

Freedom of speach... did we forget that...If it is the truth & what I can see by the tapes it is... leave it on...I am boycotting KFC as well as any other chicken providers... I won't be eating much meat at all in the coming days. This is cruel. God put animals here for our service, whether it be for food or clothing..but there is no need to be inhumane or cruel. Some of the sickest cruel inhumane people have started out torturing animals. Is that what you want to have a breeding ground to allow this behavior to manifest?
