What a Dream: Help for Military Troops

It owns several condo developments around the country that are popular with military personnel, so Athena Group's Sales and Marketing Director Harry Dubin thought it would be nice to gin up an idea to pay the troops back. He went to bed thinking about it, and the idea came to him in a dream: Waive condo fees and utility bills for troops deployed to war. It started at the Grove in Arlington, Va., and is being extended to facilities in Rhode Island, Nevada, and New Jersey.
