Bubba's Own Art Collection

Now Bill Clinton can claim an art collection. Well, sort of. Thanks to the help of big-time Arizona banker and art collector Sandy Besser, the Little Rock, Ark.-based Clinton Foundation is building a collection of paintings that Bubba wants to send around to state schools and, if it gets big enough, schools around the nation. Besser, a major-league FOB, plans to donate a few of his own paintings then get others to donate more for the project called Art Across Arkansas. Our Arkansas snoop, Suzi Parker, reports that Clinton's foundation expects to get 500 artworks in all. Clinton touched on the project in a thank-you letter to Besser that looks more like his own artistic handiwork with a dull felt pen than real penmanship. Granted he's a lefty, but won't somebody please get the former president a new Sharpie?
