Merry Christmas: $2 Gas

You can learn a lot on vacation. Just back from Deep Creek Lake in Western Maryland, the guy who gassed our pontoon rental let this slip: His distributor says two-buck gas is coming back, maybe by Christmas. We checked the tip out with K Street lobbyists and it seems right: Oil reps have said the same to Hill and White House leaders. But, who the heck drives far at Christmas? Why couldn't this happen during the summer?
