President Bush's way of honoring the 9/11 victims and families on Monday's fifth anniversary won't be a day-long speechfest or Clinton-style public hug. Insiders say he won't talk at the three disaster sites, the twin towers, Shanksville, Pa., or the Pentagon. Oh, yes, we're told that there are discussions of a major speech that day, but not in the crash zones. "It's really a day about the families, not the president," says one insider. "The president will be very low key." First stop will be NYC for the two moments of silence marking the fall of the towers. Then to Shanksville, where the prez will meet with the families, most of whom have visited the White House. And finally he'll pay his respects to the families of victims of American Flight 77, that crashed into the Pentagon.
