Cain might be auditioning for a gig on dumbFox News but everyone else has pretty much written off this wackadoodle and especially his 9-9-9 nonsense. Get real, and forget this chump.

I hope Herman finally explains how his 9% sales tax would be better than the 7.75 % I now pay.

And there is a psychological problem with paying this 9% tax even if the offsets equal or exceed the present tax.

Since you have as this article says endorsed Newt Gingrich does that mean that you might be his running mate for vice- president

Let's to this!

9% Business Flat Tax, allows business to focus on their business and plan their finances in an efficient way. No more uncertainty.

9% Individual Flat Tax, forms the base revenues for running the government, only the Constitutional authority type budget line items.

9% National Sales Tax, this is where the elected officials must make sure the economy is growing and revenues are increasing. This is the funds that will pay for all programs that are not specifically laid out in the Constitution. Also any deficient in the budget from item 1 or 2 must be covered before tapping into this revenue stream.

Then the only way the American people will accept this plan is to have the requirement that any and all increases in any of the three has to follow the same requirements as an amendment to the Constitution.

I would also add an amendment to the bill, a 40% reduction in all Congressional, Executive, and Judicial pay across the board. And once again any change would have to follow the same requirements of an amendment to the Constitution.
