This is a well stated article and an interesting viewpoint.

Corporate America has been damning itself for a long time. Now reality is catching up to that damnation.

Businesses:

If the Fed continues to increases your taxes or micromanages you with regulations more then other countries, move your operation elsewhere.

If its cheaper to hire hard working employees elsewhere, hire them there.

If the Fed continues to Bail you out, milk em til they are dry.

If you can sell junk to Americans because it makes them feel better about themselves, do it and increase the price.

Do your part to wake America up from its fat and lazy mentality. Since our politicians are paralyzed, our voters are apathetic and cling to our entitlements like rats on a sinking ship, you Corporate America are last best hope.

Yes, 'Corporate America' has proved itself disloyal to this country in its shameful greediness. 'Corporate America' has taken on the persona of Renegade Pirate Multinational without any allegiance, proving itself to be the worst fifth column undermining this country and its democratic heritage.

Laissez faire corporatism is a major failure and the current attempt by Republicans to give away our Constitution to corporations will only end up in more major upheaval. The Occupy Wall Street is nothing if the Corporatists buy the next election.

We need major reform in the US like a Marshall Plan, that was so successful for Germany, a Marshall Plan that integrates workers and management.

So, how dumb are we? Do we STILL believe the nonsensical fib that tax cuts for corporations and individuals at the high end are the right prescription for job creation?

The old time tax code that featured a 48% corporate income tax rate and individual rates as high as 91% for stratospheric incomes is actually the glue that kept people employed in many places.

Really? Yes, really. Companies once demonstrated their preference for heavy spending on wages and benefits when faced with the stark choice of otherwise having to pay high taxes on net income. They deducted the wages and benefits, of course, using hiring as one way to legally lower the tax bill.

The more we have lowered rates, the more jobs have been eliminated. And workers/citizens have been uniformly lied to concerning how this really works. Somewhere out there, TODAY, there is another Republican on the FIX NEWS Channel, calling for yet another tax cut to "create jobs".

And the citizen sheep? Well, so far they (we) are fitting that description----dumb sheep.
